We can all be guilty of this from time to time. We try to plan out our entire future and figure out every detail.

The truth is, while plans are useful, we can't expect to have it all figured out. What we can do is try to master one day at a time and go from there.

So if you're trying to create healthy habits but don't know how, that's okay. Work on figuring out a little each day. You'll be amazed at how far you get!

I startled these poor ducks on my walk. I was just trying to see them up close. 😊🦆 SO cute!

Fortunately, they settled back down quickly.

Walking outside is my favorite part of the day. It's a welcome break from hours at a desk no matter what time of day I get out there. 🌞 You never know what you might see or hear.

It's so easy to look at the negative. Tomorrow, try to catch yourself every time you start thinking something negative about yourself and replace it with something positive.

Give it a try until it becomes a new habit. You may have to start over and over again, but that's okay. 🥰
