Breath of Serenity Inspired by the Serenity Prayer, Breath of Serenity is a guided meditation and breath-work session that clears stagnant energy and creates more room for joy!

As we hustle, constantly trying to achieve, multitask, improve, participating and comparing, we run a risk of falling into a dark rabbit hole. We try to change the things, the circumstances around the situations we cannot change. That’s when the Serenity prayer comes to mind. Saying this prayer and trusting in the breath takes us deep inside, where the ego melts away. The breath creates the space for the true Self, the Higher Self, Spirit, God to be heard. As we listen to that inner whisper, it brings new ideas, perspective, inspiration and the peace of serenity. We can choose to surrender and to accept the things that we cannot change. We release anxious predictions and saddening “what ifs” and “should haves” from the past. When we live one breath at a time, truly present and in harmony with what is, as a breath of fresh air, serenity fills our heart. This is when we are the happiest, joyful, in the spirit of service, and at peace. In this state of serenity, there is a safe space for all of us to meditate and breathe, to let go, integrate, feel, process and to just be.

Breathwork therapy, also known as conscious connected breathing, is a form of therapy that focuses on conscious breathing techniques to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It's based on the idea that our breath is connected to our emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations.

In a breathwork therapy session, you'll lie down or sit comfortably, and a trained practitioner will guide you through specific breathing techniques. These techniques can help you:

- Release tension and stress
- Process and release emotions
- Increase oxygenation and relaxation
- Access altered states of consciousness
- Enhance self-awareness and introspection

Breathwork therapy can be used to address various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. It's often used in conjunction with other therapies, like meditation, yoga, or talk therapy.

Grant me the serenity..
