It has been proven that our thoughts and feelings can affect our body and physical experiences.
This connection between our mind and body is often overlooked.

This is why we designed the ‘Mind, Body & Emotion: Understanding the mind-body connection’ program. This program has been designed with Black women and non-binary people in mind. It will explore the intrinsic connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and provide the tools and coaching you require to manage life’s daily stressors.

We have a fantastic team of experts ready and eager to coach you!

This program costs £40per person. However, there’s an option for sponsorship.
Please follow the link in our bio for more information.

The theme for this year’s world mental health day is very befitting. The theme is ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’.

It’s not doubt that there are health care disparities in the society we live in.
For example, Black women are 29% more likely to develop a mental health disorder and only 6.5% of us seek help.

So, we would like to highlight today that your mental health matters and it’s okay to ask for help.

There’s been an influx of Black women and non-binary people being diagnosed with ADHD. It’s very important we talk about what ADHD is and isn’t.

Please note: The category of mental illness is very broad. Some people prefer to use the term “disorder” to avoid or reduce perceived stigma around the term “illness.” There is nothing shameful about a mental illness, a mental disorder, or ADHD.
