Being motivated is one of the hardest things to do, especially when you are at home. So what I do is I have a calendar, and not just one that is in my phone. I have a calendar on the wall and I write down everything that I want to get accomplished. Don’t make the list too big, make the list achievable. Even if you only mark one thing off the list, its a win.

Sometimes being a stay at home home is HARD. I get that, you get stuck in your head and you worry if you are even capable of doing anything else. Well, I‘m here to tell you…you are are! It takes courage to take that leap and try something new. But… take the leap, you won’t regret it.
