Here's my all time favorite - "Triple Berry Smoothie" recipe!

Ready?
1 banana
1 c. frozen strawberries
1 c. frozen blackberries
1 c. frozen raspberries
1 1/4 c. oat or almond milk
1/2 c. coconut yogurt

Blend them together nd pour into two cups.
Garnish with a few berries on top.

Slimming Detox Water! It helps anyone detoxify and balance the body.

Here we go:
- 1 lime
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 1/2″ slices fresh ginger
- 25 mint leaves (optional)
- 4-6 cups ice
- Water

How to:
1) Slice the fruit & cucumbers.
2) Fill a large container or beverage dispenser layering ice and the ingredients.
3) Top to 1 gallon with cold water.
4) Let steep at least 45 minutes.

Hello friends!
Here's my favorite quarantine morning ritual:

~ cup of lemon water
~ 5 min breathing exercises
~ 15 minutes deep thinking or meditation
~ cup of tea
~ 20 to 30 minutes reading (still my hardest part)

That's it! Try this for 7 days a week for the at least one month and I'm pretty sure you'll feel more balanced.

I've been asked by many folks to share one of my favorite toasts - Avocado Toast!

So, here it goes!

- One 8-ounce ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- Fine salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices whole grain or whole wheat bread
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or unsalted butter, softened
- Flaky sea salt, for serving
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Tomatoes, cucumber, radish (optional)
