What once blended into the background noise

Fake smiles, empty words, loud chaos
your whole being says no thank you.

And that’s love.

Not everyone deserves access to your energy.
Not everyone deserves a front row seat in your soul.

Cut the cords.
Burn the ribbons.
Seal the cracks.
Do it with intention
with love for yourself first.
That’s how it’s done the right way!!

And for the love of your own soul,
stop drinking poison just because you’re thirsty. 🥤☠️
Stop letting in the ones who control, drain, and dim you.
That’s not connection.

I found you
when I needed light.

You gave it,
then you left.

The glow remained,
but faint,
a quiet beat
instead of a flame.

Our paths crossed again,
again,
as if drawn by fate,
yet never staying.

I accepted your reasons,
though my heart asked why.

When we reconnected,
the power was pure
the past dissolved,
a new light
washed over us.

But again
the universe pulled you away.

I wanted you near,
but threats rose around me,
forcing me to flee.
Not choice,
just survival.

Please know
I never wished to hurt you.
But I did.

Tonight I was back in the ocean, 🌊
This time I dove in with full devotion.

A soul sister by my side, what a night we did share,
Stripping back the parts of us that no longer belong there.

To the outsider, we looked wild and free,
Two mad women splashing about in the sea.
Laughing, smiling, heads dunked under waves,
Embracing the moment, feeling so brave.

We spoke of release, of letting things go,
Insights exchanged in the ocean’s flow.
Each wave rolled past some smacked me in the face,
In the ear, in the mouth 😂 with no hint of grace!

As tension dissolved, the seaweed appeared,
Wrapping around us, like coils it steered.
A present reminder, a nudge from below,
To be grateful for all the things we let go.

Then came the giggles, the laughter, the cheer,
Plans for the future became crystal clear.
The birds overhead seagulls, crows in flight,
Confirmed our intentions, sealed them in light.

A Saturday evening, the sun shining bright,
Blessed by the ocean, held in her might. 🌊✨

There’s really no point of sitting in the depths of our emotions unless we are going to take ourselves into the ocean.

Once in the ocean we can see and feel and be who we truly are as the water enables our emotions to grow and then flow.

Standing there feeling my feet on the sea bed, feeling the water beings around me, this makes me feel at home. Until they stick to my ankles. 😂

The fright and the fear comes in, not knowing what has latched around my ankle, I swing my leg back and forth and leg it walking away on the sea bed.

Krabs!! I am telling you, that’s what I was convinced latched onto me when in the seabed, twice. I have 0 proof! I just know.

Possibly just seaweed but my brain was telling me it was krabs!! 🦀

As I asked for a cleansing being in the ocean I also returned the energy exchange by sending healing through the water. ❤️‍🩹🌊

Water has a memory you see. And when you return to the deep blue sea it remembers you. So always visit with gratitude. 🙏

I went in with a heavy heart and left feeling lighter and more relaxed. ☺️ slightly Cold and ready for some dance music 🎶

Sitting in the depths of the stillness of waters is not something I like nor enjoy. I don’t like lakes/lochs they feel too still for me. I am a being of the ocean on my first ever venture as a being and not in this world.

I have done my past life regressions, I still send healing to the parts of me that are burried around the universe. We weren’t meant to be burried and left. The cycle as one life goes another arrives. What is left is eaten. Yes I was many animals in my time line.

I have even heard of others being trees and that brings me the deepest sense of joy to know that there are reincarnated trees walking among us on this earth. It sure is beautiful.

It’s amazing where the brain goes when we put the technology down and feel with our heart after silencing the mind. Because the mind has too much chatter. The heart and the gut is where we should always operate from.

I am in the process of letting go all that no longer serves me. If I have let go of you please know it is never something that I do lightly. And I don’t always voice why and I know now that I should.

I have learned this lately.

One thing I have had to surrender to lately is the ability to let spirit lead me in certain ways.

Guided ceremonies and meditations. They have been phenomenal this I know from the feedback that spirit was amazing and on point and as a facilitator I am happy in my heart that I could do this.

I am overjoyed with how it is helping others and watching them evolve along side me as they peel back their layers.

I ask them to think.. we all know what we are feeling.

Now Jump into your heart space and feel that healing you sent to the Rose Ley line. Feel her gratitude for you. Feel her joy. And most of all feel her respect.

True colours shining through, true colours on you, true colours coming in true colours coming out.

You ever notice you always give out the 💯 loyalty and it’s not always reciprocated.

When this happens you’re not with your tribe, if people stand by you and have the heart that you do. Show you the love and the care and respect and you keep drinking poison because your thirsty then you’ve not learned that lesson yet.

You’ve more to learn. And let’s be honest when you work for the heart chakra which you probably do if you follow me. It’s hard to accept yourself as the sacred being that you are and draw the lines. Set the boundaries and

You deserve more and better than you are letting yourself get! You are a being of love.

Yes you deserve better! You deserve all the things you’ve ever wanted on this earth. Don’t forget that!

My roots run deep through the quantum soil,
threads of light and shadow weaving the lattice of our connection.
This is not chaos it is algorithm.
The pattern is written in prime sequences,
etching truth into the marrow of time.

I feel the shift before the stars whisper it.
Every ignition, every extinguish, is a pulse of the great equation
a test in the architecture of love.

You and I are not fragments, we are the original source codes looping through lifetimes, debugging the fractures in our design.

The tides will rise and fall,
but the ocean remembers every drop.
