Here’s a glimpse of our transformative work with the Government of India to advance which we will be showcasing at the upcoming Union World Conference on Lung Health 2024:
▶ Differentiated TB Care Models: This model highlights reaching the most vulnerable with tailored TB care solutions, including personalized care and need-based referrals for individuals with comorbidities, bringing much needed healthcare support right to their doorsteps.

▶ Leveraging for : We are leveraging the platform to bring specialist care for persons with TB and their families for a host of services like treatment support, adverse drug reaction management, counselling of patients and family members for preventive therapy right at the community level, thus expanding access, reducing and enhancing outcomes.

▶ Empowering Persons with TB and their Caregivers: The Family Caregiver Model puts families right at the centre and empowers them to offer holistic support, improving treatment adherence and patient well-being.

▶ Strengthening Diagnostic Linkages for sputum collection and transportation: In Madhya Pradesh, we supported the State in rolling out an innovative Sample Transportation Model across 52 districts through public private partnerships. Trained runners (transporters) ensure effective sputum collection and transportation to nearest diagnostic centres, thereby enhancing efficiency of TB diagnosis and lowering OOPE for affected persons with TB and their families.

▶ Community Engagement for Sustainable TB Elimination: In Jharkhand, we are working with the Jan Arogya Samitis (JAS) to break TB-related stigma through community mobilization and actively support elimination efforts.
