Does the child's father love/care for the child(ren)? If you answered yes then the child should be able to see its father regardless of how "toxic" (to a certain degree of course) he is. That child should be the one to judge for themselves whether their father is good to them or not, not the mother. We were given free will, who are you (the mother) to take that away from the child(ren) and father? There's important life lessons and experiences for that/those child(ren) that you'd be robbing them of whether they be good or bad.

I get it though, you care, ALOT... but maybe all that care is what got you in your position in the first place. Caring too much about what the other person or people are doing, what will happen and etc.. rather than putting it into yourself. Had you put all that care you're giving to others into yourself then you wouldn't be in the position you're in right now, ever think about that? So wouldn't you think that it's time you stop caring about people/things you CAN'T control and and start caring about the only person and things you CAN control so it doesn't happen again? That person being you and the things being your emotions.
