Currently, I find myself in a particularly trying time of life… Survival mode is no joke. I was raised in survival mode, my parents were raised in survival mode, and who knows how far down the ancestral line it goes. I continued to live in that space for many years into adulthood. Always vigilant, ready to pounce... Ever moving from a place of fear… The weight was heavy, suffocating. There was no time to stop and smell the roses.

With panic and fear as baseline, I forgot myself. I’d be on the go, until it made me sick. Physical pain and brain fog taking over. My body was telling me to stop the madness. I’d stop to recover just enough to start the cycle all over again. Who has time for self care?… Continue at link in bio

Hey everybody! This goofy human right here is me, Phoenixx! Get to know me! I’m an RYT200 certified yoga teacher based in the Hudson valley of New York. I teach at a studio, and I also do private lessons both one on one and with groups.

Meditation and yoga have been anchors and guideposts for me along life’s journey and I bring them with me everywhere I go. As an an ADHDer with two ND kids of my own, I have a heart for serving the community of differently abled humans both big and small. As a mother, yoga informs my parenting in big ways and if you ask my kids they’ll tell you they’re grateful haha!

A variety of offerings are soon to be detailed out and presented but if you’ve found yourself here, it’s because you’re supposed to be. Do with that what you will but it doesn’t hurt to send a little message 😉. Initial consultations are offered free through march. I’m HAPPY to connect and ready when you are 🥰
