Welcome to Day 7 of the 4-Week Body Blast Challenge! 🔥

You’ve made it to the end of Week 1—let’s finish strong with a sweat-drenched 30-minute full-body HIIT workout and a bonus 5-minute ab finisher to catch up on core work from yesterday!

We’ll move through 3 high-intensity circuits, designed to challenge every muscle group. Then we’ll cap it off with a quick 5-minute AMRAP of abs to tighten and tone that core.

👉 Workout Structure:

No equipment

Full-body HIIT + Abs

3 circuits

40s on / 20s rest

Plus: 5-minute core AMRAP finisher

Total time: 30 minutes

Welcome to Day 6 of the 4-Week Body Blast Challenge! 🔥

Today’s session is a 25-minute full-body AMRAP that will challenge your strength, endurance, and mental grit. No equipment—just your body and determination.

Set your timer for 25 minutes and repeat the following circuit as many rounds as possible:

👉 Workout Circuit:

10 Inchworms

15 Crunches

10 Burpee + Mountain Climbers

30 Lunge Pulses (each leg)

This workout is all about pushing your pace while keeping good form. Take quick breaks when needed, then get right back to it. How many rounds can you get in?

👉 Workout Structure:

No equipment

Full-body AMRAP

25 minutes total

Goal: Complete as many rounds of the circuit as possible

Welcome to Day 5 of the 4-Week Body Blast Challenge! 🔥

Today’s workout is a killer legs and core session split into two intense 15-minute AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible). This one’s all about lower body strength and core stability—no equipment needed!

You’ll start with 15 minutes of lower body-focused exercises, then transition into 15 minutes of core work. Go at your own pace, but push hard and try to get in as many solid rounds as you can.

👉 Workout Structure:

No equipment

30 minutes total

15 min AMRAP: Lower Body

15 min AMRAP: Core

Goal: Complete as many rounds as possible in each section

This style keeps things intense and efficient—perfect for building muscle endurance and core control. Make every minute count!

Today we’re back with another high-energy, full-body HIIT workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and keep your body guessing!

This session includes 3 circuits, and you'll complete 3 rounds of each. Each movement is 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest—perfect for maximizing effort while allowing enough recovery to stay strong throughout.

👉 Workout Structure:

No equipment

Full-body HIIT

3 circuits, 3 rounds each

40s on / 20s rest

Total time: 30 minutes

Stay focused, move with intention, and bring the energy—every rep counts! You’re building resilience and pushing boundaries one day at a time.

Welcome to Day 3 of the 4-Week Body Blast Challenge! 🔥

Today’s workout is a fun and sweaty 30-minute core-focused session—and all you need is a deck of cards! 🃏

Set a timer for 30 minutes and shuffle your deck. Each suit represents a different core exercise, and the number on the card tells you how many reps to do. Keep flipping cards and working through the deck until the timer is up!

👉 Workout Structure:

No equipment (just a deck of cards!)

Core-focused

30 minutes total

Reps = card number

Suits = different core movements (explained in video or description)

This style keeps things exciting and unpredictable—no two workouts are the same! Push through and challenge yourself to keep moving for the full 30 minutes.

Today’s session is a 30-minute full-body HIIT workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you dripping in sweat—all from home!

We’ll be working through three circuits, completing 3 rounds of each, with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest per exercise. Be ready to challenge yourself and elevate your heart rate!

👉 Workout Structure:

No equipment

Full-body HIIT

3 circuits, 3 rounds each

Today’s workout: 30 Mins As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP)

15 high low planks or 15 second plank hold to modify
15 Supermans
15 Squats
15 Jumping Jacks or 15 jack taps to eliminate the jumping
15 Tricep dips
15 Sit Ups or 15 crunches if you can’t get all the way up
15 Lunge knee ups or 15 regular lunges/ step ups on each leg to modify

This workout is designed for you to go at whatever pace fits best for YOU!

My journey has been long, getting my period at 16 and dealing with more than 10 years of irregular periods, Birth Control, and finding my own answers 💛

I’m opening up about my journey with PCOS (Polycystic O***y Syndrome). For so long, I struggled with irregular periods and had no idea why. Doctors only offered one solution: birth control. But I knew there had to be more to my story than just masking the symptoms.

This video is all about the ups and downs of figuring out my body and health on my own. I’m sharing:
