The All Day Warrior Code
All Day Warrior is a community and system that was created by Mitchel Dumlao who wanted to build a tribe of like-minded people who wanted to take their lives to the next level and live with intention.
We believe in the importance of physical health to generate the energy we want to take on the day. We believe in our mental health to strengthen our confidence in our goals. We believe in social health to build meaningful connections to form thriving communities. We believe that we have a purpose to impact the world in a positive way and the best way to do that is to take care of ourselves and become our best versions to influence and lead our communities.
We meet every weekday at 7AM on Zoom and Facebook for a group workout, meditation, and goal-setting sessions. We believe in creating leaders that will positively impact the world by developing a healthy daily habit of fitness, health, wellness, mindfulness, and self-development. Without clarity, we don’t know where we’re going, so we align ourselves each day to make sure we’re going in the right direction.
We fight for freedom, love, and abundance for our family, friends, partners, communities, and loved ones.
