Professional teeth cleaning is called scaling.
There are many myths about it......ask only a dental specialist about the facts!

1. It does not damage teeth
2. It should be done atleast once in a year even if your oral hygiene is good
3. It does not produce cracks on teeth
4. Ask your dentist for AirFlow polishing if your teeth are heavily stained.
5. Always get your teeth polished after scaling...
Its always scaling and polishing
6. If bleeding from gums, or while brushing, don't panic, the remedy is just a phone call away.
