Consider this...
You receive a call today and it's your Dr, he asks you to sit down as he has news for you, due to a break through in medical science, they have confirmes that you will pass away on the 10th of December 2025, this date is absolute and there is nothing that can be done to prevent this.
He also advises that if you don't look after yourself you will deteriorate and have virtually no quality of life in your final days. If you choose to eat right, exercise and take care of your mental health you will at least be able the enjoy and make the most of every day untill your last on the 25th of December 2025.
So you may now want to consider the following.
1. You still have a year the live, and still have responsibilities, so quitting your job really isn't an option, but will you continue with the job or career you have have at the moment, or even with the company you work for, how would you want your work/life balance to be 🤔 or would you change to something more fulfilling, and would money even be the focus🤔
2. What will your nutrition plan look like, what exercise will you be able to commit to and enjoy for the year, and what things will you do to manage your mental health, would you want to spend more time in or around nature🤔
3. How would your relationships be, would you waste time with toxic people, would you reconnect with old friends or family, would you tell more people how much you care for them, would you be kinder to strangers and make new friends, would you change your actions and words to a more loving and compassionate manner, I don't think a year of negativity and bickering is how you want to spend your final days alive 🤔
4. What would you now do with your free time, how would you spend your evenings and weekends, does that boxset or Netflix subscription seem so appealing 🤔
5. Remember this year is your last Christmas and New year, how are you going to spend it🤔
Spend some time really thinking about this, having a clear plan will help you make the most of your final year! Once you have considered it and know how you would spend your time, also consider this... What if we didn't need that call from the Dr, what if we just lived they way you just decided was right🤔 how would you life be next Christmas?
