I would recommend this FREE online event for anyone who lives in “PAIN” had experience of pain or would like to know more about how different pains effect the body.
I attended it live in Lincoln last year it was very educational.

Welcome to Self Care Coaching with Sarah Hardy where I work with you on many levels to help you find the balance in life you have been searching for.

During lockdown many questions may have unfolded for you.
You may have felt uncertain and uncomfortable during these times of uncharted waters.
This is very normal, as it created time and space for feelings to raise their head, you know the ones you push down and repress because it’s easier to just keep busy, than to face them.

For some, life hit the pause button, and brought about many realisations, for others it was a time of constant doing, which ever it was for you, you now have choices.

You may wish to drop back into your pre lockdown existence, for some of you this will be exactly where you want to be. Others may wish to follow your desires, and create a new life you truly want, but feel you just don’t know where to start.

It’s actually so much easier than you think, and I’m here to help you.

You already have what you need you just haven’t realised it yet.
