In my nearly 15 years in plant-based nutrition, Iâve worked with many of the top brands and organizations teaching courses, developing recipes, writing textbooks, and creating resources for over 40K other healthcare pros.
In that time, I grew tired of the diet mentality that snaked its way into plant-based nutrition - especially for women. I had a front row seat to all that was wrong with this âdietyâ approach - clients who struggled to stick with unrealistic food rules, obsessed over how much they weighed and how they looked, jumped from one plant-based guru to the next, and lived with constant fear, guilt, shame, and frustration around food. I knew there had to be a better way.
Then I became certified in Intuitive Eating (IE), and everything changed! My clients healed their relationships with food, learned to tune in to their bodies, and finally felt the freedom, peace, and joy that theyâd been searching for. As a plant-eater of 16 years, IE has also transformed my relationship with food and how I feed my family.
