When customers are considering your product or service, more than likely they're comparing it to others on the market. Let me explain why..

They want to know who can do the best job for them.

They want proof that you can do what you say you can do.

How can a first-time buyer trust you?

This is what we call Social Proof.

This can be displayed in many forms such as reviews, testimonials (even better, video testimonials), success stories etc.

It's one thing for you to say what you can do, but it's more powerful when others can vouch for you!

The most highly underrated weapon in marketing (in my opinion) are the words in our messaging aka the Copy.

There is such an art to great copywriting & I’m still learning more & more each day.

Let’s start with headlines! 📝

Here are 5 top qualities of an effective headline:

1. It grabs the reader’s attention. Make a bold statement or promise, trigger an emotional response or stir curiosity.

2. It targets the right audience by directly addressing them. Specificity matters. If a headline tries to appeal to everyone, it might end up appealing to no one.

3. It should be so engaging that they want to read the rest of the content.

4. It should clearly communicate the primary benefit or key message.

5. It builds trust and establishes the writer or brand as an authoritative source.
