📐 How does it work? 📐

1️⃣ Inhale: Begin by taking a slow, deep breath through your nose for a count of four seconds. Feel your lungs expand fully as you fill them with oxygen.

2️⃣ Hold: Once you've inhaled deeply, hold your breath for another count of four seconds. Embrace the stillness and allow your body to absorb the nourishing breath.
