What a beautiful experience! Although Mom had a hospital birth she was able to birth HER WAY! All natural. No medication. Lotus Birth.

I can specifically remember how the nurses kept pressing about an epidural, but me & Dad were on the same page and the answer remained NO. It’s so essential for EVERY mother to have a strong support system before & after pregnancy.✨
