So I did a “thing” today. Last minute stand in for UWCB. Went on my own to the arse end of nowhere, anxiety levels a solid 9/10. 😅 glad my opponent got her fight & raised lots of money for charity. It takes a lot of guts to get in a ring so hats 🎩 off to each and every one of you! But job done ☑️ I feel sorry for my nose 👃🏼 😂😫

These ladies make my day! 😊 taking fitness out in to the community. All these beautiful souls have done so well over the last 8 weeks. Increased mobility 🧘strength levels 💪🏼 🙌 are rocketing 🚀cardio vascular improved ❤️ & friendship’s built 🥰. It makes me happy 😊 that there happy. That’s what it’s all about 🙏🏻😊🙌😊🙌😊🙏🏻

Exceptionally happy 😃 with how this went today. Dead lifts have never been a strong point for me and I’ve always struggled to get past 75kg. However, managed a cracking 85kg for 4 reps 😊😊😀😀, big luv to .pt & .reaney for the encouragement 🙏🏻🫶🏻 , chasing the 100 now 😉😉😉 watch this space 👀👀
