Just finished being told by my oncologist that my cancer is resolving!
🎉🎉🙏
Gone from my liver! Bones all over my body are healing from the cancer damage! Lymph nodes are all back to normal sizes! Only a few specs left in my lungs!!! What a huge win!!! 🙏 Very grateful for this outcome.

Meat-free, dairy-free, carb-free, corn-free Shepherd's pie!

So so tasty!

I added spices to the base layer to at flavor!

Following the SCD, dairy-free, vegetarian, sugar-free, and Paleo diet, which is helping me fight cancer. I'm thrilled to have created this meal! It's so hard to find things to eat on such a restrictive diet!

Bottom layer: lentils, zucchini, spices.
Middle layer: Orange and yellow sweet peppers
Top layer: mashed cauliflower
