First pic was 2018 when I weighed 167 and I decided to put my health first. Second picture was taken once I reached my goal weight of 135. Since then I have fluctuated from131 and 142. It is called balance and living a healthy lifestyle but keeping goals, good habits and being consistent! One important factor was that I was so glad that I found people that support me, supplements that helped me along the way and workouts that are challenging but effective and keep me coming back for more!
