There are several different types of anxiety. The five main types are:
1. Generalized Anxiety disorder (GAD)- Chronic Anxiety
2. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)- Repetitive behaviors
3. Panic Disorder (PD)- Intense Panic Attacks
4. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD)-Triggered by past traumatic events
5. Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD)- Fear of public interactions
