Vegan-in-MS Be Happy! Be Healthy! My name is Missy. I became a Vegetarian in 1988 when I was just 10 yrs old. I adopted a plant based lifestyle In 2009.

I have lived in North Carolina, Louisiana, and now Mississippi with my husband Will, and our vegetarian toddler named Lyla Jane. This page was created to help spread the word about delicious and healthy vegan cooking, events, and vegan friendly locations in the south.
