Full transparency………I was dealing with anxiety, depression, full-time employed, full-time graduate student (for the second time) not loving myself, putting others before myself, loving someone who had no idea of my version of love, and slowly trying to fix my relationship with the Most High! My education and the opinions of others snapped me into the image that you see before you! It was important for people to see where I started in order to benefit from my journey ahead! You can do anything that you want with the right mindset!

I never dreamed of becoming an author. Working as a therapist at a psychiatric and behavioral hospital patients would always ask me if I provided services outside of the facility and my answer was always no. I was still in school and had not started my private practice. 3am one more God woke me up and said write a book! And here you have it! A self-help guide and journal was created!
