Most of us have sitting jobs. We hardly move from our desks or couches these days.

Due to lack of movement the health and fitness of people are going from bad to worse.

Add to that meeting our friends and family over dinner parties and eat late, sleep 😴 late?
Our digestive system is abused every weekend.

Being fit is about making wise choices.

So try this and enjoy a fresh new way to connect with friends and family and be healthy at the same time.

Meet your friends and family over outdoor games like badminton or cricket or table tennis.

Meet at the beach, run, cycle... Have a good time walking and chatting up.

Eating fruits - Do it the right way 🍇

Go solo with your fruits.

Eat fruits when your stomach is empty.

Avoid coupling them with other food items.

For instance you eat something like a paratha or a snack item then eat a fruit.

The fruit is ready to move from your tummy to the intestine for digestion.

That paratha/snack you ate before will block this process.

To top it off the entire meal combines together. Ferments. 🤢
Release of unnecessary acid into your system. 😦

On the outside you feel you ate a fruit.

That is good but on the inside it's harmful for your body.

Fruits are one of the healthiest things you can eat. So learn how to eat them right.

Start with a fruit 🍒🍓🍇🍎🍉🍑🍌
Here are some simple tips that you can keep handy:
1. Add veggies to your meal
2. Use rolled or steel cut oats instead of packaged ones
3. Prep your meals with besan, ragi, millets
4. Avoid bread, biscuits and frozen food
