Our internal ecosystem, our inner garden, is the place where all that we create is rooted. We’ve all been witness to how our subconscious beliefs make their way onto the stage of this life. How we speak to ourselves, the unconscious “truths” we hold about who we are and what is possible is rooted in the subterranean fertile soil of our embodiment.
Learning to see yourself as a garden, as an ecosystem of interconnected parts all working together for your safety and survival is truly a balm for our system. Learning about how our nervous systems work, the ways in which our body is working for us not against us, is a perspective shift to say the least. Our bodies know, they know what they need, they know how to heal, they have a pace and guidance system. Our calling is to be in alignment with that flow, even in the contraction.
Becoming the compassionate steward of our own inner garden starts with learning how to garden right? We all deep down know, our bodies hold this wisdom. So we begin by re-membering.
In my newest offering Essential Nature we learn both the practical wisdom of the body and the witchy energetics. How our nervous systems really work, how to nourish our systems with herbal allies and earth-centered embodiment practice. While we also dig deeper into the subconscious, we explore how to ground into the guidance from the Earth and spirit. How to trust our intuitive knowing and open our channels to co-create with the living Earth.
We do this because all of us are needed right now. In our bodies, connected to the earth, grounded and guided by spirit.
Join me this Wednesday March 12th at 10am PST for a free discovery call to learn more about this 10-week self healing ecological embodiment program.
