Thomas & I have been trying to be more intentional about having date nights. We used to have pizza and wine nights all the time with friends & decided we were due for one. We used to loveeeee a good dessert & wine pairing & both of our pizzas turned out amazing with the 0% New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. It contains noooo alcohol, but still has that classic Sauvignon Blanc flavor.
They start with their premium, full-strength New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Then they use spinning cone technology, where the aroma is distilled from the wine, followed by the alcohol, which are both collected and kept aside. Then the alcohol-removed wine, aroma, and a small bit of grape juice are added back in - so cool. And it pairs perfectly with both of our pizzas!

Broccoli alfredo pizza:
1 pizza crust
½ cup alfredo sauce (i used a paleo Alfredo)
⅓ red onion sliced
¾ cup finely chopped broccoli
Cheese of choice (i used vegan cheese)
1 small jalapeno, sliced thin (optional)
½ tbsp olive oil
Saute the onions in olive oil over medium heat until they’re cooked down and softened. Spread the sauce over the pizza. Top with the broccoli, onion & jalapeno. Bake according to your crust instructions. Enjoy!
