Allow me to reintroduce myself….♥️

I’m Emily Lewis, and I hold a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from University College Dublin. But more importantly, I come to this work because it saved my life—and continues to save my life every single day. It gave me the clarity to see where I was really stuck and the strength to carve out a new path for myself.

When I’m teaching, I’m also a student. Each group I guide teaches me something new, and takes me deeper into my own practice. Mindfulness isn’t just a profession for me—it’s a way of living, healing, and growing. The reason I come to this work, and stay close to it, is to stay close to my own heart.

Thank you to all my past and future community for being on this journey with me.
