๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐ฑ๐ฒ:
* Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring alignment with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-documented financial records.
* Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, offering insights to aid in sound financial decision-making.
* Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance and cost improvements.
* Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes, ensuring timely submission of required documents and effective resolution of audit queries.
* Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure reporting accuracy.
* Support management in strategic planning by providing relevant financial information and analysis.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ & ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
* Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA part-qualified is preferred).
* 1โ2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
* Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and budgeting processes.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
* Understanding of local tax laws and financial compliance requirements.
