Life can break us down. Nobody ever said it would be easy. The daily struggles, unexpected changes, loss, loneliness, financial burdens, and mental health concerns can leave you feeling exhausted and demoralized. 

Wait. Breathe.

1. Distract and Divert: Sometimes things are just not in our control. Don’t wreck your brain too much trying to find solutions for everything. It is okay to distract your mind with your favorite TV shows or hobbies.

2. Let Nature Heal You: Never underestimate the power of a sunny day and cool breeze. Nature holds the capacity to heal you in ways you can never imagine!

3. Get out of the REEL world: And step into the REAL world! Limit your screen time and have actual conversations with people around you.

5. There is no RAT RACE: There is no race at all, and as a matter of act you are not even a rat! Avoid comparisons and remember that everyone has their timeline.

I had no idea that Past Life Regression Therapy at Holistic Living would transform my life so much! It was a surreal experience that changed the course of my life. I visited the Holistic Living Center in Chembur because I was facing a lot of issues with my mother. It had been this way since childhood and it had reached a point of exhaustion. I could not bear it anymore.
The relationship I shared with my mother affected everything else in my life. Her constant interference and negative beliefs ruined so many of my relationships. I feel she was projecting her past experiences on me which was not fair. Our relationship had always been very turbulent and it greatly impacted my well-being. I desperately needed a solution for it.
I met Mr. Sanjeev Mittal at the Holistic Living Center. He is an exceptional human being with deep knowledge about life and beyond. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in his presence. He took 2 to 3 sessions to understand my problems, childhood experiences, and the relationship dynamics with my mother.
He then suggested Past Life Regression Therapy. I liked how he took the time to explain the entire process and how it can help me. Seeing my previous lives and understanding the root of my problems with my mother was truly a surreal experience and definitely an eye-opener.
It helped me gain emotional maturity and the courage to forgive my mother and myself. I could detach myself from my mother at a spiritual and emotional level. I learned to establish strong boundaries and changed my past narrative.
I believe that if I had not taken Past Life Regression Therapy at Holistic Living Center then I would have ended up in a toxic cycle and repeated the same patterns as my mother did. Fortunately, I received help on time and today I am free from the past baggage and confident to create a better, happier, and peaceful life for myself and my coming generations.

We were ready to give up on our marriage. Thank God we didn’t! Marriage counselling at Holistic Living Center was a turning point that saved our relationship. My husband and I realised how deeply we loved each other and it was foolish to let go of something so rare and profound.

I met Jay in college. The moment we locked eyes, we knew there was something special. I felt a strong pull toward him. I just wanted to be around him all the time. Luckily, he felt the same, and from there on started our whirlwind romance.

Sadly, after a few years of our marriage when the responsibilities started pouring in, the same love began to feel like a burden. Jay and I would constantly argue or fight about something or the other. I don’t remember the last time we had a decent conversation or exchanged an intimate glance.

I felt that Jay could not understand me and he felt that I was being unreasonable at times. We could never find a common ground. Yesterday’s argument turned into tomorrow’s resentment. We were growing bitter toward each other.

Of course, it was breaking our hearts as well. I hated feeling so distant from him and he could not but worry if we were heading for a divorce. Fortunately, we decided to fix our marriage instead of throwing it all away!

The marriage counsellor at Holistic Living offered a comforting space for us. She was never biased or judgemental. Her guidance and techniques helped us develop better communication and understanding. We learned how to listen with empathy and compassion and create a safe space for each other.

She also conducted individual sessions. These sessions were focused on identifying and changing our unhealthy thoughts, beliefs, and actions that were contributing negatively to the marriage. These sessions were super helpful and encouraged us to become better individuals.

After the end of marriage counselling at Holistic Living Center, our relationship certainly felt lighter and happier. We gained a deep sense of maturity and found our way back to the love, passion, and friendship we shared in college days. It is such a happy feeling!

Therapy at Holistic Living Center changed the course of my life. I struggled with low confidence. I did not have the guts to express my thoughts whether at work or in personal relationships. As a result, everybody took me for granted and I felt worthless. I wanted to become better and more confident. I was tired of this mediocre life so I sought therapy at Holistic Living Center.

The therapist at Holistic Living Center was empathic, polite, and non-judgemental. I have received a lot of warmth and comfort since the first day itself. The guidance and techniques of the expert therapist helped me understand the root of my problems. Then gradually, I learned how to build a strong sense of self and feel good about who I am. This newfound confidence was evident in my work. All my colleagues complimented me.

My focus shifted from my insecurities to giving my best at work, and this was a complete game-changer. I became more hands-on and felt confident enough to take on better opportunities. My hard work paid off because within 6 months I received a promotion.

Tip #1 Find Your Anchor ⚓

An Anchor could be any object, activity or a person that helps you stay grounded. For instance, working out, chanting prayers or watching funny videos could be your anchor. Next time when you begin to feel anxious or panicky, use this anchor to stay calm and manage your stress levels before they blow out of proportion!

Tip #2 Breathe.🌬️

Yes! One of the most basic tips that you practically find EVERYWHERE! But that's because it is so important and effective.

However, the trick is to master a breathing exercise when you are in a relaxed state of mind. So the next time when you are stressed and you do this breathing exercise, it will send a message to your brain that you are calm and relaxed. Classic example of psychological association 😉

Tip #3 Cut off your negative sentences ❌

What if... Nope! Just cut that thought off. Dwelling on assumptions can easily get you stuck in the trap of overthinking. It is best to cut off those negative sentences, BREATHE, give yourself some time and then process the situation at hand.
