Step 3 in Steam cooking recipe

Ingredients:-
Sprouts - numerous benefits
Onion & tomato - cools the body,
Ginger,garlic,pepper - balance the Vata,Pita,Kapha Nadis.

(When 3 nadis are in balance, pancreas,lungs,heart,kidney,liver and digestive system attends normal function. 95% of diseases cures.)

Dilweed- for masala flavour added.

Add all the ingredients,mix well, steam for 45mns.

Salt free,oil free,masala powders free.

You can try with vegetables (carrot,beans,peas,potato) and above ingredients (Without sprouts) and add coriander powder,cumin powder,coriander leafs.

You can steam soaked bajra. It is a great taste.

This is a great food than the regular cooked.

It stimulates saliva. Because of chew chew chew for longer time like an animal. Regular foods you don't chew dosa or idli or white rice.

Animals eat raw food and chew more time and saliva in their mouths produce all the time. Eat such food and live like an animal with no disease.

U can eat as it is.
By adding kharjur,soaked peanuts,coconut,carrots,pomegranate,pineapple,dry kismiss,etc whatever you know.

Don't eat half sprouts and half regular cooked food.

OR

If you can't replace just sprouts with your breakfast or lunch or dinner then look at other post for a great recipe of steam cooking sprouts.

Steam cooking can substitute regular cooking and an alternate option of having good food if u can't take raw and stay without cooked food.

Sprouts is champion in food.
Bottom root,fiber in top.
When it sprout it doubles the nutrients.

Benefits of sprouts:-

Step 3 in making sprouts.

Keep the dried one in a container and close it for two days. One day is also OK. Two days u can see larger sprout.

U can use sprout maker or just a cotton cloth or any box in your home. Transfer the dried one and close. After two days you can see sprouts. Don't open in middle. 95% of seeds get sprout. If any seed doesn't have oil in it then it won't sprout. It means it is the death one.

After sprout it doubles the nutrients in it.
If that has 8 % of fiber, After sprout it will have 16%.

So, taking sprouts is good. It is the champion in foods.

Dry it overnight. If it has moisture it smells very bad and spreads to whole pulses. Make sure it is fully dried either it is over night or more. Especially during spring seasons it may need more time. So spring seasons soak nights and dry them day time.
