Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sweetener
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Low-carb chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a mug & mix with sweetener.
2. Add your yolk & heavy cream, and mix.
3. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix.
4. Flatten the mixture, top with more chocolate chips & microwave for 1 minute.
5. Take out, top with SF whipped cream & enjoy!
