Not every meal is “perfect” in my home - whatever that means. If my kids are *particularly* fussy, or tired, or sick (etc etc), I’d rather make the meal simple, flavorful, and high-quality. The latter is key! Here’s a quick lunch I put together the other day: Turmeric gnocchi, cherry tomatoes baked in coconut oil, and nitrate-free organic chicken sausage.
