Sunday night just before midnight, I returned home after four days of CranioSacral training in Atlanta.

My hope was to update y’all along the way and share some of the beautiful moments…but the work I received in our labs kept me in a state of quiet contemplation, processing and integration between classes.

Still, I want to express my deepest gratitude to those of you who helped my gain the experience I needed to prepare for this class. I needed to do 100 sessions and I far surpassed that number.

I’m so thankful for your trust in me. You scheduled, showed up, and even paid for a modality that you knew nothing about. So I just want to say that is an honor to be a part of your self-care team.
