The patient in this photo was bothered by a subtle fullness in his chest/ni**le region when he wore T-shirts. The breast tissue was directly excised and liposuctioned through well camouflaged incisions around the ar**la. Can you see them?
2 months after surgery this patient was very happy with his results and feels more confident wearing fitted shirts.
Male breast enlargement can be related to gynecomastia. This can be felt as a firm mass behind the ni**le and one method of treatment can be surgical excision. Another group of patients presenting for male breast reduction is emerging - pseudogynecomastia after weight loss.

A “pixie ear” deformity looks like a pulled ear lobe and can occur after an improperly placed facelift incision. This patient had a facelift performed 10 years ago by a surgeon in a different country and was bothered by the appearance of her ear lobe. Every patient is different but her “pixie” ear was corrected under local anesthesia and she is very happy with her results just 6 weeks out.

Hello 👋🏽 I’m Dr. Michael Ablavsky. I received my doctorate of medicine from Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn NY 🌃 Where I met my wonderful wife, Dr. Najia Dar.
I completed 5 years of general surgery training at SUNY Downstate, where I was chief resident. I then moved to Kentucky where I completed my three year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Louisville. While I was Louisville, I received academic, clinical achievement awards, and presented original research at the Kentucky Society of Plastic Surgeons.
I moved here to San Antonio in 2021 and I’m very excited to join Dr. Gary Lawton and Aesthetic Enhancement Cosmetic Surgery Center.
