To us left behind, experiencing the death of our loved ones is traumatic, regardless of how they passed through to the spirit side of life. Please know that even if your beloved’s passing was unexpected or traumatic by nature, they want you to know that trauma is earth-bound. They were protected from fear and pain, and they certainly do not carry these emotions with them now.

Regardless of circumstances, to your beloved death was simply the door to heaven - their return door Home. 🤍⭐️

Last week I had a beautiful connection with a woman here and her family in spirit. Near the end of our session her best friend in spirit came through with funny and tender validations and messages. Just when I thought she was finished I heard, “That’s bananas!”

My client replied that “Bananas” was the name of their adult softball team! She brought through another fun validation about their time playing together and did a fabulous job letting her friend know that those fond memories she still carries and they truly are part of her heaven!

Life is messy and imperfect and being present for the ride involves understanding that it is meant to be so. Stress is not meant to be a constant state, yet an energy that will exist at times, simply from living a life full of various and new experiences, as life is best lived!

The seeker needs not to seek perfection, but grace. Grace for mistakes made and grace for mistakes to be made. Living in grace allows one to easily accept accountability. Living in grace allows one to forgive oneself. One who forgives oneself can also forgive others. Grace does not carry resentment ongoing. One who lives in grace lives light.

Living in alignment is not about not making mistakes. It isn’t about never getting out of the flow. All humans, no matter how enlightened, get out of the flow. Of course.

Alignment, enlightenment, is not measured by never getting out of the flow, but by how easily one gets back into the flow. 🤍⭐️

Thank you to Leslie for sharing her gratitude with me for our family session this past week as well as this pic and permission to share! Our connection was amazing and started with their very special, beautiful family member, Hershey, making an appearance! I described him as “chocolate,” and I saw him digging his snout in the ground! As I was relaying this, I was wiping my own nose, trying to discern if it was sand or what I felt on it, when Leslie then showed me this picture of Hershey (not visible in the zoom)!

Leslie’s little grandson here on earth has also seen Hershey in spirit! There is another incredible story of generational soul bonds from this session I will have to share as well! ⭐️

I received a beautiful personal download from Spirit this morning that I will write up tomorrow and share here because I really appreciated it and believe you may as well.

My messages were all about our perceptions of what it means to live in alignment with Spirit, to live enlightened, to live a Spirit-led, some might say “godly,” life. This is the heart of the download:

Living spiritually aligned isn’t measured by living morally perfect. In fact, living a full life rich in varied interactions and experiences - a good goal of this human life - means that we will have even more opportunity to fall out of alignment. And being an empath can actually make this more so as we at times, align with others and become in their flow, not ours.

Living in alignment with Spirit isn’t about perfection but grace. Living in alignment isn’t measured by our mistakes, but by how quickly and easily we realign after making them. This doesn’t overlook accountability, for easily taking accountability is a result of living a spiritually aligned life and the fruit of grace. 🤍⭐️

What I Didn't Know When My Son Died

I didn't know that my heart could keep beating

I didn't know that I could breathe

I didn't know just how much love we would receive from so many people, in so many different ways

I didn't know that I could eat again

I didn't know that I could live after 'losing' he whom I loved more than life itself

I didn't know that I could smile again

I didn't know how many dreams of my own I would mourn

I didn't know that I could laugh again

I didn't know that my pain would keep people away

I didn't know that I could dance again

I didn't know that I would feel alienated by others

I didn't know that God really is closer to the brokenhearted

I didn't know that I could cry so much

I didn't know that the heavens would open up

I didn't know that my son could come to me

I didn't know that my faith would be shaken, but reality would be revealed

I didn't know that I could pour my love for my son into others

I didn't know that I could embrace new love from total strangers

I didn't know that sadness doesn't discount joy,

that pain doesn't prohibit peace

I didn't know that devastation could bring awakening

I didn't know that heaven was, is, and always had been, with me

Oh how grateful I am now

for what I didn't know. 💚

From their happy memories, to the last tender ones…From the peace they experienced at their transition, to how they laugh over your recent argument over whose china it was…

Your loved ones are with you. Death is just a new beginning. Love never dies. Healing is always, always possible.

We live in a busy and chaotic world. While Spirt/intuitive communication will always be more subtle than physical communication, if we can slow down and turn down the volume on our inner and outer lives, we will find Spirit connection becomes more powerful. 🤍⭐️

Miracles have always and will always live on the fringe. Don’t be afraid to go there; it will lead to your greatest healing. You can continue to spend energy on framing your new truth in a socially acceptable way so that your Daddy or your neighbor or your husband’s boss or your kid’s friend’s parent will continue to believe you are sane or smart or a good Christian or whatever image you uphold. You can continue to fear the airy-fairy or too-woo or voo-doo or flighty person you think you’ll become based on whatever false notions you’ve been fed to believe about what it means to live in connection to Spirit, from people who have never lived on the spiritual fringe themselves.

You can continue to water down your spiritual gifts as you swallow the pill of repetitive false beliefs to numb you from having clear and ongoing conversations with Spirit, because you fear how it might change you. You fear how it might change your status quo.

Oh, it certainly will. 🌟

You can continue to care too much about losing Facebook friends and followers - most of whom you do not even know.

Or you can go meet and greet your miracles. Your choice. Spirit will never force this on anyone, which is why we stop hearing the voice of Spirit when it starts making us uncomfortable. We amp up our resistance, but rarely do we allow ourselves to be conscious of doing so.

Once we left early childhood we forgot that it’s okay to be in this world but not of it. But it’s not too late to remember! It’s never about learning something new but learning what we have known all along before the world started filling our head full of facts and right beliefs until we slowly forgot who we really are. It’s always okay to choose to take the path of remembrance. It’s quite the amazing ride! There aren’t many of us who choose to live here on this fringe, but the views are 360 wide open to Heaven, no obstacles. It’s where the miracles live. 💛🌟

Coins of all kinds can be signs from Heaven! Sometimes older dads and grandfathers who loved to provide for their families will send dimes. One young man told me he sends quarters because he’s not cheap! 😂 Other times Spirit will send dimes or quarters to show they are supporting someone going through a difficult financial time.

Sometimes a coin is simply a Hello and sometimes it carries a message as well! 😇
