So excited to introduce you to my NEW collection of Kids Rollers! With updated kid-friendly labels that feature fun little graphics; so even the smallest of oilers will know which roller to grab for what purpose! These blends have been safely diluted for use on children ages 5-12. This collection was developed after I had used these blends on MY OWN children for over a year, then finally decided it was selfish of me not to share the benefits of using oils with kiddos with others!
Come check out what we've been using in our home...
⭐️Be Dreamy🌙: Just like the tried and true adult version of this roller, this is a blend of Lavender, Cedarwood and a touch of Young Living's Valor blend. Right as they are laying down to drift off, I do a quick swipe of this on the bottom of my kid's feet or behind each ear and I might have them do a quick scent tent. (A scent tent is where you rub a bit in their palm and have them rub their hands together, make a "tent" around their nose and inhale deeply).
🙂Be Happy🙂 : This is one that I am MOST excited about!! Different from its adult counterpart, this blend is based on research of specific oils but more importantly based on what my daughter loved the smell of! It's a blend of Young Living's Stress Away & Valor blends and Orange oil. Whether she is feeling sad, anxious or even having a full-on meltdown, I encourage her to reach for her 'happy oil' as a coping mechanism. Not only is there a TON of science behind odor-conditioning and what that can do for us mentally, sometimes all it takes is a moment to slow down and focus on our breathing. Being intentional with our breathing and being present in the moment isn't something that kids know to do instinctively. But we as parents, can teach them how to do this! And having something tangible, like a roller can be immensely helpful during emotional times. We keep one of these in each of my kid's bedrooms and one in their backpack! As an anxious child, I so wish I would have had a healthy coping tool like this in my back pocket.
