Passing wisdom from an old friend: You're not yourself when you're triggered or emotionally-governed. In that situation, you become who you think you need to be to survive. If we are/remain in hypervigilance--> fight or flight mode, our identity starts to diminish and grt lost because our values and personality are being hijacked by fear, panic, and desire for survival but not engaging in rational thinking

How many people wonder where their imagination went from when were a child? Think about it you, as a child, you were so creative in play, whether creating stories, pictures, writings, games, adventures with toys and/or friends creating hours, days months and seasons of joy.

I ask you the question that you probably thought of, or maybe... did not or could not acknowledge or it is something that is running around the back of your head.

I ask you....Where did it go?

To tell you the truth, honestly It never left... It became something now referred to as Anxiety.

The tools, the creativity create new stories that imagination had, have changed...now rooted in uncertainty, insecurity, worry and angst about what might become and what could be especially in the negative sense. Understanding the origins that caused this bright optimistic talent for creating happiness for you to become a maladaptive tool that is now stealing your happiness... can be addressed.
