๐ค I want to lose weight but I just don't know what to eat?

๐ค But i'm vegetarian!

๐ค But what about the rest of the day?

๐ค I'm not giving up my weekly takeaway and a few pints a week

๐ค And my Starbucks in the morning, can't get through the morning without that

๐ค But i've got to do something because i've put on a stone over summer holidays and I was struggling with my weight before then! I can't even keep up with my kids and I want to be around to see them grow up.

It's a gradual change, you don't have to give everything you like up, but over time you'll find that crave the Starbucks, takeaways and alcohol less. You can bin that gym membership too.
