I can't say this is a "new" technique as some of the things I've learned are ancient! It's one I've been developing for eight years now and we'll be offering it at the Healing weekend. Brilliant for releasing emotional and physical pain, when all we want is Peace.

So true, like the old adage that "like attracts Like", this is something that can be easily changed too. It's perfectly ok to feel what you feel then let it go if it is negative. What raises our vibrations? Music you love, friends, laughter, there's a long list and really, all you have to do is want to.
