Long in the making Podcast 2 - The importance of love.

It's been a few months I was to produce this video. Initially there were many doubts as to how to present this subject and it's focus.

Life also got in the way, so I have been busy with supporting my mother recover from breaking her legs. She is quite aged and the operation has been extraordinary, her recovery and reeducation are going extraordinary well, but it takes time, and I do not have a lot of time for myself between her and work.

I am glad I let it aside for a while and I am quite pleased as to how I have focused this subject and presented it.

Love is crucial to ourselves, to our well being to our healing especially emotionally, to our resilience, our confidence and to humanity as a whole!

It's good to have external validation and for this reason it is important to choose well the people in your life, them to be loving, supportive, positive, to cheer for you, to encourage you.

But at times we do not have that and it is important to know that we can love ourselves, cheer for ourselves, be our own best supporter, etc.
