The online BREATHE program has officially launched! Be sure to check out our website for fun and interactive educational activities to complete with your child or student. Currently, we provide engaging lessons on breathing & asthma, protecting yourself from COVID-19, and staying active at home! All of these lessons can be completed online on our website. We will be adding more modules over the course of the next month, so stay tuned!

Hi everyone, welcome to BREATHE!
BREATHE is a respiratory wellness education initiative led by undergrad students at the University of Houston. Our goal is to teach Houston's youth how to navigate topics like COVID-19, asthma, and advocating for themselves. Our team is currently developing a library of inclusive and child-friendly videos, activities, and infographics! Our interactive and engaging resources are designed to build self-efficacy in kids, so they can take charge of their own health outcomes.
