Clove (Laung):- After the meals, take one piece of Clove and suck on it slowly. This not only gives instantaneous relief but also helps in reducing acidity.

Jaggery (Gudh) :- Another good remedy is the usage of Jaggery after the meals. About 5 to 10 grams of a Jaggery piece taken after the meals helps in eliminating acidity, improves digestion and also helps in the expulsion of worms in small children.
CONSTIPATION
Raisin (Munnakka) :-For ordinary constipation, take 10/12 pieces of Munnakka, wash and remove the seeds and then boil them with a glass of milk. Once the milk is boiled, eat the raisins and drink the milk. Next day you will find regulation of bowel movements.
In case of stubborn constipation, use the above remedy for 3/4 days.
EAR ACHE AND INFECTION
Garlic& Mustard Oil: - Take two bits of Garlic. Remove the skin. Put them in two spoons of Mustard Oil in a small pan and warm it up on low heat. When the garlic starts turning black (burning) then turn off the heat. Sieve the contents. When the oil becomes lukewarm, then using a cotton stub, put 2 to 4 drops in the aching ear.
This not only gives instant relief from the pain, it also helps in getting sound sleep.
High Blood Pressure
ONION AND PURE HONEY: - Mix juice of onion and pure honey in equal quantity. Taken two spoons of this mixture once a day is an effective remedy for high blood pressure.
Onion juice reduces cholesterol and works as a tonic for nervous system. It cleans blood, helps digestive system, cures insomnia and regulates the heart action.
LOOSE TEETH
MUSTARD OIL& TABLE SALT :- Take half a teaspoon of Mustard Oil and mix with table salt. Message teeth and gums inside out for about 10 minutes, twice a day. Not only this will ensure an excellent cleanliness of gums and teeth, but will also guarantee that the loose teeth will become strong. An excellent home remedy for smokers and people who intake beer and alcoholic drinks. (These people suffer from such problems more in comparison to others).
LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
Kishmish (Raisin):- Take 10 pieces of Kishmish and leave them overnight in a cup of water. After the raisin has been soaked for about 12 hours, take one piece at a time and chew it for at least 30 times before swallowing. Do this everyday for a month.
About 5 pieces of almonds soaked overnight in water, may be grounded and taken with a glass of milk.
Another wonder remedy in low blood pressure is to totally stop talking. Lie down on your left side and relax. With sleep taking over, you will feel better.
THROAT IRRITATION
Take a teaspoon of table salt and mix with a glass of hot water. Gargling 3/4 times a day is helpful in giving relief to throat irritation.
Take a glass of milk and boil it with a half teaspoon of Haldi (Turmeric powder). Add a spoonful of sugar. Taken before sleeping for 2/3 days is also a very helpful remedy. This remedy is also very useful in cough, colds and flu.
WEAK MEMORY
Take seven almonds and immerse them in a glass of water in the evening. Next morning, after removing the red skin, grind the almonds. Then mix the ground almonds with a glass of milk and boil. When it has boiled, then mix a spoonful of Ghee and two spoonfuls of sugar. When it is lukewarm, then drink it. Do this for 15 to 40 days. It helps in improving memory and also brings vitality to the body.
