Dug this out of the archives, failed bench at 205 lbs.

Hey, it's all good though. It's good to remember where you used to be, and hopefully someone else who has struggled with their bench sees this and gets a good chuckle out of it.

Prep for Rogue Deadlift Challenge.

After a short break from doing much of any deadlift work, had to feel what a couple reps at 345 lbs felt like. Not too bad, but definitely not my best day. Need to keep pushing it.

Hey folks, apologies for the radio silence over here. Been a bit crazy and looking to get some content up soon.

This Saturday is the first annual Beers and Barbells! I feel like my 1RM is probably a bit lower than my previous PR, but we'll do our best and have a damn good time with it. Pictures/Videos to come :)

Hey Folks, Happy Wednesday.

Big ol' thank you to all of the new followers, excited to have you all here.

Rest day today, just going to be getting a bit of cardio work in on the row machine. Tomorrow it's on to Bench Press.

I'm going to throw together a short video talking about my diet, along with any supplements and the such. Looking to get that out there either today or tomorrow.
