I nearly fell off my chair last week when I got the call from my Field Manager to say that our group is in the ๐๐๐ ๐ in the company for Group of the Year with Slimming World ๐ฅนโจ
Out of thousands of groupsโฆ that honestly blows my mind ๐คฏ
To be recognised for simply supporting and helping others to lose weight is just absolutely incredible. Thank youโฆ because without my members, there wouldnโt be a group at all โค๏ธ
Putting Townhill, Swansea on the map within the company means everything. Itโs where I grew up and where my own journey beganโฆ and now I get to help others in that same community change theirs. ๐ฅน
The awards ceremony is in June, but to be nominated like this already makes them winners in my eyes.
To help people shed the misery of being overweight and find something brighter really is something special.
