I have always had a passion for research and am known for my determination and persistence in my efforts to find answers. My upbringing and my education, coupled with my curious mind instilled a lifelong interest in my family history and a burning desire to help others find the magic in their family history. I was raised in a family that was passionate about their heritage. Family reunions, visiting cousins, reading treasured old letters, listening to stories of ancestors whose pictures were in my home, visiting old family homes in Virginia, were all part of my upbringing.
