Wouldn't it be nice if the path was just laid out before you? You knew exactly where to go because there was a distinct path through the weeds of life?
The truth is....that reality wouldn't be much fun and the fulfillment would only be a replica of the soul that made that journey first. Each and everyone one of us is on a soul path that is unique to us - accepting this and embracing the inherent unknown of that truth can set you free of heavy expectations. When we unburden ourselves in this way, we are lighter and more capable of not just forging an existence just for us, but enjoy the process along the way.

I can't tell you how many times this comes to mind when talking to, well, anyone (and sometimes myself!) Like for no reason, all of the sudden, when everything had been fine and honky-dory, the Universe decides the time is ripe for a doozy.

It's hard not to relive a situation, change it in your mind, wish things were different, kick and scream along other reactions that sink us when we need to float.

It's an inevitability. Life is beautiful but living is messy... It makes it stressful at times but also interesting. There is always a message or lesson in the scenarios we encounter. Without challenges, we would never grow! Embrace being alive and human, feel the emotions and let time do it's work. And when you're ready, come back to Source and heal. Perhaps that means yoga and meditation, hiking, acupressure or puncture, reiki or something else.
Regardless, I'm here to help bring about the harmony in your body and spirit so you can heal 💜🙏

It's been awhile...It feels perhaps even longer than it actually was! I'm feeling that "Baby, I'm back!" notion very much right now

The passage of time oftentimes makes me think of something like Tarot cards - it's ceaselessly eerie how things just fall into, or out of, place. Life brings with it all of these excited events that bring our lifeboat of existence up and down in an ocean perfectly positioned for being characterized....
