Happiness is standing on a scale and being below 200lbs but above 150lbs and continuing to watch the scale dance down to your goal........

It just got real for me............

This journey has been has been very real............I have gone from a 48K to a 40D breast reduction. ....my neck, back and shoulders have never felt better.....

Most importantly....I have gone from 347lbs. to currently 198lbs... roughly 129lbs down..
Whew....THIS AIN'T FOR THE WEAK!!!

I want to thank my family, friends and haters who were my motivators!!!
