It’s a beautiful day here at The Butterfly Farm Sunflower Festival in Lincoln, R.I. I will be here all day vending my goods. There are beautiful sunflower fields, vendors and food trucks. Come pay me a visit and check it out!

Enjoyed some beautiful views in Maine this past weekend and spending some vacation time with the family this week!

I will be back at Apple Valley Wellness Center next Wednesday and Thursday for Reiki appointments. If you are interested in an appointment check out the schedule at www.reikiroomwithstephanie.com.

Saturday August 16 I will be vending at the beautiful Butterfly Farm in Lincoln RI at their Sunflower Festival! They will have the fields open for picking and pictures. Stop by the vendors and store for shopping, too!

It’s been a beautiful week and a very nice Fourth of July weekend! Now it’s back to the Reiki room this week and I still have openings on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday for Reiki sessions for all of you! It’s always a good time to get yourself balanced and to open up your chakras to let the energy flow! My techniques assist in so many ways to clear spiritual blockages, align your chakras, clear negativity, release tension in the muscles in your body and assist with relaxation and mental health. You will feel revived! You can book a session online or send me a message. I’m looking forward to seeing all of my regulars and always love meeting new clients!
