It’s been awhile since I have been on this journey. I’ve had a lot happen. But, I’m determined to get to my goal. Sometimes you have to pick yourself up and start over. I didn’t gain back all my weight. So, that’s a good thing. But, I’m going to keep this page to help me be disciplined and for you all to hold me accountable.
I’m doing things different this time. So follow me for this journey and maybe I can help you too.

I still can’t believe this journey I’ve been on. I look at the pic dated 2017. I know I’m the same women. But she was so sad, unhealthy, depressed, so unhappy, didn’t have any self worth. I am months away from reaching my goal. I know I can do this. I’ve got this. Don’t ever think that you can’t do anything you set your mind to. I’ve had some set backs. But, don’t ever give up on YOU! Your worth it.

Doctor says I need to lose 30 more lbs to have surgery. I say 50. So this girl is going to do it. To the finish line here I come.

I’m seeing a plastic surgeon today. Can’t believe this is happening. I still have some weight to loose. But, finding out the next step in the process. I’m nervous and excited at the same time.

Wow what a journey. Still have a ways to go. But I am so proud of myself. The struggle is real. The ups and downs are real. But, it is all worth it.
